Hello girls! My hair is literally bursting out, I'm pregnant in my first trimester. Has anyone experienced this? Please tell me how you dealt with it.

У меня было так же в начале. Потом начала пить элевит и сейчас не лезут вообще

Я пью Элевит, фоливою кислоту, кальций дополнительно. Ничего не помогает, к сожалению.

Я сразу как узнала что беременна (3 неделя ) купила элевит и пью до сих пор, слава богу волосы не лезут и с ногтями все нормально , единственное зубы беспокоят , но это уже наверно кальций надо пить

У меня тоже лезут, но я думаю это временно, я не чего не делаю, нужно кальций попить, и витамин Е.

Я готовилась до беременности пила Элевит ,забеременила тоже его пила .Тьфу тьфу никаких таких страшилок не было,наоборот ногти укрепились ,волосы ростут ,зуб один побаливал ,но уже прошло .Попробуйте Репейное масло у меня до беременности в январе начал волос сыпаться купила в аптеке обычное и с красным перцем и 2 р.в неделю делала маски на грязный волос час ходила намазанная -смывала и через 2 недели заметила результат.Дёшево и отлично,рекомендую!

Maybe the vitamins are poorly absorbed. I take Fembion since the first trimester, and vitamin D — I dissolve a tablet in water and it's all fine. Only the pimples ? appeared even before the test ? It's just that many vitamins are poorly absorbed without D or won't absorb at all. It's different for everyone, of course. But try it. It certainly won't make things worse; everyone is deficient in vitamin D. You should definitely take it during pregnancy.

Евгения, I took Aquadetrim — 500 IU. I also already finished the first course of Femibion 2, decided to take a week off. In the morning with food I take the capsule, then the tablet (that's how it is with Femibion 2) and I literally dissolve the vitamin D in a spoon of water and drink it.
