Daughter complains of pain in her ankle, has been doing it for a couple of months now, occasionally saying "va-va" show on the ankle and not to step for a few minutes, then it seems to go away. Yesterday she got a fever as usual after a week at daycare and complained about it too. She cried out from the ankle at night because of the pain. She used to not pay much attention to this but the orthopedist said everything is normal, gait is also fine. But I think her gait is strange for a two and a half year old child (she steps on the bent ankle, the foot is turned inwards slightly). And these complaints about pain in the leg worry me.
