Good day. Can anyone tell me if they've encountered a problem with a detached suture after CS? Today we removed the sutures and in one place it came undone. The doctor just said to smear levoamecolic. The second doctor said to fill it with benzyl benzoate and under a bandage. I don't know who to believe (We are on breast milk, benzyl benzoate and levoamecolic are contraindicated).
