Если у дочки 3 года и у нее продуло шею, то можно помазать ее шею детскими обезболивающими кремами или гелями, содержащими ментол или камфору. Также можно использовать масло эвкалипта или масло лаванды для массажа шеи, чтобы снять напряжение и уменьшить боль. Важно помнить, что перед использованием любых средств необходимо проконсультироваться с врачом или педиатром.

Обратиться ко врачу ,потому что продуть шею - может быть не просто,а точнее осмотреть узлы,уши.
