Girls, the baby is having trouble sleeping for the second day and eating, and hasn't gone to the toilet in a day either. He/She is still normal in mood. We are 6 weeks old. The pediatrician says everything is fine. I suspect that this could be a growth spurt. But I don't understand if these symptoms are normal?
