Depends on your budget — there are manual ones for 200 rubles and others for 2,000. Who knows if you'll need it at all. I probably used it about twice.

Better to use a manual one, Avent is convenient. Electric pumps pull on the breasts, causing them to sag. It's hard to restore the shape afterward.

Of course, if you'll be using it for a long time, get an electric one. But if you just need to pump occasionally, a manual one is better.
