Hello everyone. During the first screening, I had blood taken for a gynecological analysis (Sigdrom Daunt, Patau and so on). The hCG of Daunt was elevated. How accurate is this test? Has anyone experienced this? What babies were born?

If the ultrasound shows no changes, then I think everything is fine.

At my first screening they diagnosed me with all three syndromes, I was very sick with allergies and was on a high dose of Utrogestan 600 mg, plus very severe toxicosis, although the ultrasound was very good. I refused the puncture. The second ultrasound is soon — I'm sure everything is fine with me, and the doctor told me that because of the high hormone dose it can show a bad result. Don’t worry, everything will be fine for you — wait for the second screening.

Hello. I previously asked here for advice about this matter. My sister was diagnosed with a syndrome. They did a puncture; unfortunately, it was 99% confirmed((

If it's really high, they usually suspend the pregnancy.

My ultrasound was all fine. But the test showed a 5% risk. The geneticist said not to worry — that happens. Additionally, at 17 weeks they did an ultrasound and the screening was already all fine.
