I also had a temperature of 37.1–37.2°C and a runny nose during pregnancy; my doctor prescribed Grippferon, drinking more fluids, and rosehip decoction! The safest treatment)))

Milka, She looked at my throat, said it was a bit red, so that's what they prescribed! I just gargled with baking soda.

That's a normal temperature for your situation — I had up to 37.5°C, probably as late as 14 weeks.

During pregnancy, a pregnant woman's body temperature is normally between 36.6 and 37.5. For me, during the first months it was about 37.2. Don't worry ?

Up to 37.5°C is normal if there are no signs of a respiratory infection. Don't worry, it's hormones)

That's normal for this stage. Mine went up even at 10. If there are no signs of a cold, then it's hormonal.

A normal temperature isn't always 36.6, go by how you feel. Up to 38°C a temperature isn't considered dangerous for a healthy person and doesn't need to be brought down; pregnant women of course should pay more attention to themselves, but someone already told you that this temperature is standard for pregnant women, especially since it's early. In general, in the first weeks of pregnancy the symptoms are similar to those we experience with a cold: weakness, headache, fever. The immune system weakens, and the body is kind of in shock. Don't worry, drink more fluids and rest more.
