Depends on the IV drip. They gave me magnesia (magnesium sulfate); the first couple of times it felt like my temperature had gone up and I wanted to sleep, then I got used to it. They also gave Ginepral — when they dripped it for 7 hours it caused a strong tremor in my hands. But that was only sometimes. They kept giving it to me for a long time, so I probably got used to it. But the catheters left scars.
