I reissued the card, the details are the same, but the card number is different. Could this be the reason why the maternity payments have not arrived?

Да, возможно, что из-за изменения номера карты выплаты по беременности могут не прийти. Рекомендуется связаться с соответствующими организациями или банком, чтобы уточнить информацию о выплатах и обновить реквизиты для получения денежных средств.

При перевыпуске Карты номер счета остаётся прежним
