Дарья, I recently found out that physiotherapy and massage are necessary. azzz, Well, that's just it, nowadays people make money on anything. There are no medical indications for any kind of massage. Otherwise, they would have informed everyone about it in the maternity hospital. The most they recommend are creams and ointments for better scarring and prevention of keloid scars. But that's purely a matter of aesthetics.

azzz, You cannot remove an apron belly with massage if that's what you're planning to do. An apron belly is excess, stretched skin. It can only be removed surgically if it creates a serious aesthetic defect. In other cases, a specially selected set of exercises for the pelvic floor muscles can slightly smooth out the sagging due to the muscles, not the skin.
