Otherwise, they would have informed everyone about it in the maternity hospital. The most they recommend are creams and ointments for better scarring and prevention of keloid scars. But that's purely a matter of aesthetics.

It can only be removed surgically if it creates a serious aesthetic defect. In other cases, a specially selected set of exercises for the pelvic floor muscles can slightly smooth out the sagging due to the muscles, not the skin.
