Hello my good people. Gestation is 37 weeks. They'll be hospitalized tomorrow with the diagnosis of fetal hypoxia. The ultrasound showed 7 points. Has anyone experienced this? I'm crying like crazy, can't calm down!

The main thing is to calm down — don't make things worse with your tears. The doctors know what they're doing. You're not at an early stage to be worried. At 37 weeks the baby is already developed, so everything will be fine?

I wasn't planning to go to the maternity ward for at least two weeks. Today they shocked me by saying I have to be admitted tomorrow. I really, really don't want to ?

Аленка , You know, I also planned to go to the maternity hospital at my due date, ended up in the hospital at 32 weeks, but everything turned out fine; after that I geared myself up for labor at 36–38 weeks, and in the end it was almost 41, and we’re still waiting. You never know what to expect from pregnancy, so don’t worry. If they admit you now, that doesn’t mean you’ll give birth early, and even if you do, it’s not a big deal—at 37 weeks the baby is already full-term.

My eldest was also born with hypoxia — the important thing is they found it in time. When the baby is born, get the "shapochka" check done (I don't remember the medical term), and go for walks often — right now the baby breathes through you.

Try to pull yourself together! It's hard, but you have no choice and everything will work out. Think about the little one in your belly — he's more scared than you are!

Viktoria , Because of the mother's high blood pressure. I had the same with my second daughter. They should offer an emergency C-section in such a situation, but they wait, which is unclear... I gave birth with severe hypoxia; my daughter's eyes were red until she was 6 months old. We were constantly seeing a neurologist and took expensive medications. Now it's all behind us. Wishing everyone an easy delivery ?

Аленка , Didn't your doctor prescribe iron to you!?? I've been taking it since the second trimester, and you need to keep taking it for another three months even after giving birth.
