Start taking folic acid to begin with. Then see what the doctor says. Folic acid will only do you good.

They're practically identical in composition; I take Elevit, my friend takes Femibion. On top of that, both of us were also prescribed Iodomarin and vitamin D.

They are similar in composition, but Elevit tablets are large, and not everyone can take them.

My doctor told me either Femibion or folic acid with iodine in the first trimester, and in the second and third only Femibion 2 and 3.

I bought Elevit, but my body doesn't tolerate it. The doctor advised me to take the vitamins separately — they're absorbed better that way.

By the way, I don't take vitamins at all (not promoting it) I eat lots of greens and fruits I've had my blood tested many times, no deficiencies)
