For the month of September, the pension contribution and SO, OSMS are paid by October 25. So you need to wait until your employer transfers them. Otherwise your maternity benefits will be calculated lower.

I opened a sick leave on Sept 2, and there were also no pension contributions for the last month — at our place they deduct them mid-month. I waited until Sept 15 and submitted it. Probably I didn't have to wait; I wanted the contributions to cover all the months. At the TSON they just say, "I'm warning you that the last pension contribution is missing. You can submit it as is, or you can wait." They only accept the documents; the calculations are done in GCVP.
