Girls, who has a cyst in the ovary? During pregnancy! Unfortunately, we found a cyst in the left ovary, not very big, small. The ultrasound technician says talk to the doctor, maybe try to remove it with medication. The gynecologist says that it will disappear on its own by 3 months. Almost all women have this during pregnancy. Who had similar experience? It's scary, first pregnancy, I don't want any threats ?? For a moment if I sit suddenly, I feel like a bag from the left side and sharp pain, but only for a maximum of one minute.

I had a parovarian cyst removed at 17 weeks; they did the surgery — I'm alive and well and the baby is fine too.

Екатерина , The thing is they didn't say what kind of cyst it is. They told me not to worry, it'll go away on its own. But it's still scary, after all.

Valeria , They told me it would go away too, but no. You'll find out what kind of ultrasound they'll do — it won't be just once.

Екатерина , Well, I'll register next week, then we'll see. I hope she won't be there anymore ✨?

Valeria , Don't worry, I had the same thing — it started a week before I got pregnant, and when I became pregnant in the early stages it was like yours. It then disappeared on its own; everything's fine and okay now.

Two years ago, at 5 weeks I had an abortion (it was anembryony). So the gynecologist found I had 2 cysts on one ovary, and they were large (she literally looked at me in surprise and said, "how did you even get pregnant?"). Anyway, I had the abortion, and she asked what to do about these big cysts of mine? — she said they'd just dissolve on their own... so she didn't offer me any treatment or surgery. Well, I forgot all about it (didn't get treated) and didn't visit gynecologists. A second pregnancy happened now (so I had ultrasounds more than once) and now I don't have the cysts.... probably they went away on their own )

Valeria , So you have a follicular cyst; it will resolve on its own.

During my pregnancy a cyst appeared on my right ovary measuring 7 cm, and one tumor marker is elevated. I was referred to a gynecologic oncologist; he said this often happens in pregnancy and it should resolve on its own, but if not they'll do a laparoscopy in the second trimester. I went to my first screening and haven't received the results yet, but I heard the doctor say the cyst was 6 cm, so since August, when I found out about it, it has only decreased by 1 cm. I also have a pulling pain in my side, especially when I stand up suddenly. By the way, they advised me not to turn abruptly, not to jump up, to stand less at the stove so my sides don't get heated, and no baths, saunas or hot showers. If it's small in size it should resolve quickly) plus I read somewhere that on the left it's not as dangerous as on the right. So get well soon, take care ☺️

They found a cyst on my left ovary at 4 weeks pregnant. It wasn't there before pregnancy. They said it should go away, that happens during pregnancy Because of a surge of hormones I recently went for a scan, and there's nothing anymore)

I had cysts before my pregnancy. They didn't prescribe any pills or surgeries, just a diet — healthy eating. In the morning a glass of water with lemon; for breakfast oatmeal flakes with milk and fruit. For the rest of the day I ate about 80% vegetables and 20% meat, fish, side dishes, etc. No rolls, sugar, or chocolate. I sometimes cheated, but everything went away on its own, just from eating healthy! And you'll get better! Besides, this kind of diet is the best during pregnancy.

I had it too — they saw it on the ultrasound at 4 weeks; now there's nothing, it went away on its own without medication.

I actually got pregnant miraculously, even though for several years I've been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and because of that they'd labeled me infertile. The gynecologist said it's all fine — you can't get rid of them.

I have it on the right, but it was there from the start. The doctors said it will go away on its own.
