Drink even more water. Eat 2-3 kiwis in the morning. A doctor should prescribe suppositories for you.

Glycerin suppositories. And if you can drink Fitomucil, that's good) I mixed it with yogurt and it was great. During my first pregnancy, I had such constipation that nothing helped.
