Hello everyone. Can you share any advice on what you did when your little ones flipped onto their stomachs while sleeping, started crawling, and woke up because of it? My husband and I haven't been able to sleep for two weeks now, as our baby does this every hour.

Yes, there was such a period - I would just wake up at every rustle and monitor everything. And of course, whenever possible, ensure a safe sleeping environment - everything is closed off so there's no way to fall out, and there are no extra soft items that could smother by pressing against the face.

As I remember, when he just started to crawl commando style, before sleep he would "look for a comfortable position" and always ended up stopping and falling asleep on his stomach. I was worried (just in case he might suffocate) until he fell completely asleep, then I would turn him over (he slept with us). Later, closer to 8 months, I moved him to his own bed, and even now he can fall asleep on his stomach, then he turns over by himself later.
