I'm 3 to 4 weeks pregnant, had 2 cesarean sections before, and today during the ultrasound, the doctor saw a niche in the scar and said that it's most likely incompetent and possibly considering an abortion... It's been 2 years since my second childbirth, and the main thing is that I went for an ultrasound before planning this, and nobody saw anything, they said "all is well." And now I just don’t know what to do ?
