M3 is a value on the breast condition scale. From 1 to 3 are normal results, there's nothing to worry about. 4 indicates suspicions. I often receive messages about birads, where the interpretation is the same. 3 usually means there are or were formations, but they are benign. Just make sure to have a mammogram/ultrasound once a year like clockwork, that's necessary for everyone, even those who are perfectly healthy.
