Hello everyone, anyone taken Citramont during pregnancy? My gynecologist prescribed it at the very beginning, I was taking it then I read the instructions and freaked out that aspirin has teratogenic action on the fetus, on the next appointment she said that nothing like that and many of them prescribe it and everything is ok, also I had a consultation with a good ultrasound technician who told me that this is all nonsense...screening only after a week and I'm afraid ?

Юлия , They prescribed it because of low blood pressure and headaches! All OK!

You shouldn’t take Citramon during pregnancy. My therapist, a friend of mine, told me. If you have a headache, it’s better to take No-Spa.

Why was it prescribed to you? I didn't take it before pregnancy; there are so many side effects. I wouldn't take it.

I had low blood pressure and couldn't raise it with anything, and terrible morning sickness—tea and coffee made me gag. The doctor said it was okay, so I didn't even think to go online—she's a doctor! And the best one in our area... something like that ?‍♀️

During all three pregnancies I was prescribed Citramon as a backup therapy if nothing else helped (I've had migraines since childhood). I took it because there was no other option. If you take it — watch for discharge and for how you feel "in the tummy area" during the first 24 hours.

Евгения , Thank God everything's okay. I took it over a month ago, and after reading the instructions — they're terrifying. I'd rather put up with a headache. Anyway, I'm waiting for the screening.

I took it a couple of times when my blood pressure was low, and there seemed to be no problems. The question is how much of it you take. If you take it as a course, that's another story. And one or two tablets at a critical moment won't do anything.
