Everyone good I'm pregnant 40 weeks, the baby is well settled but the midwife says the cervix is hard and not ready yet. Please help me How to soften the cervix I eat ananas and figs daily

Nisha, да родила в сроке 40 недель и 5 дней. Воды отошли но не было раскрытия пришлось ставить окситоцин . Ананас целые, финики, шаги по 15тыс , лестница , острая еда , даже хурма чтоб поднять давление все перепробовала ничего к сожалению мне не подошло.
