Hello! Usually with home pregnancy tests, two lines means a positive result (pregnant), one line usually means a negative result (not pregnant). But if the second line is very faint, it may be a low level of hCG from an early stage. If you took the test immediately after urinating or with diluted urine, it can give a false negative — wait 2–3 days and retest with first-morning urine, or to be sure get a laboratory blood test for hCG.
