Stretch marks definitely won't be removed — in fact, nothing will remove them. Laser might only even them out a little, and that's only for small ones; deep ones it absolutely won't take, 1000%... as sad as that is. And for mild cellulite, yes, a brush can help as an extra effect, especially combined with cupping and massage. I once did cupping as part of a routine and actually got rid of it in a month before a vacation.
