This itching is already driving me crazy, and the discharge too. You'd better see your gynecologist, he will pick the right medicine based on your situation. We can't take anything orally. And in the first trimester many suppositories are also not allowed. Sugar, pastries, yeasted goods, fatty and super-salty foods are off-limits ( But kefir, cottage cheese, vegetables, unsweet fruits are great ) although I've never understood how a normal fruit can be not sweet ?

I also developed vaginitis during pregnancy, then thrush. Nothing really helped — I just use various suppositories they prescribe to prevent the infection from fully developing. They told me to just wait for the birth; once I give birth, it will all clear up ?
