Nuts are a strong allergen. Don't risk it. My child had a flare-up after them :(((

Я кушала практически все. Орехи каждый день ела, мед не ела, так как не люблю его. Ну и не ела маринованные продукты. Вообще, специалисты по гв говорят что если у матери реакции на продукт нет, то и у ребенка не будет
