What can I drink to calm down from nerves? I'm losing it on everyone and everything around me is driving me crazy? I'm taking magnesium... maybe some herbal tea? I'm losing my cool over any little thing...

When I found out I was pregnant, I started taking valerian tablets. Then I began alternating a pack of valerian with a pack of motherwort. And I've been taking magnesium throughout the pregnancy. I'm very impressionable and was very worried in the first and second trimesters, overthinking and making things up. Although I was put on bed rest four times.

Екатерина, I think so. Well, at least I found out I was already almost six weeks pregnant. And for all those six weeks I was really depressed, apathetic, everything irritated me, etc. Then it got easier.
