What can I drink to calm down from nerves?

What can I drink to calm down from nerves? I'm losing it on everyone and everything around me is driving me crazy? I'm taking magnesium... maybe some herbal tea? I'm losing my cool over any little thing...

When I found out I was pregnant, I started taking valerian tablets. Then I began alternating a pack of valerian with a pack of motherwort. And I've been taking magnesium throughout the pregnancy. I'm very impressionable and was very worried in the first and second trimesters, overthinking and making things up. Although I was put on bed rest four times.

Екатерина, I think so. Well, at least I found out I was already almost six weeks pregnant. And for all those six weeks I was really depressed, apathetic, everything irritated me, etc. Then it got easier.

Magnesium B6 helped me. I took it for almost three months. I was afraid to stop taking it because with it I became calmer, learned to smile, and my life changed a lot.

I have that too ? magnesium doesn't help. I'm both sensitive and angry. But the further along I get, the faster it passes.
