Hello everyone. Has anyone experienced erosion during pregnancy? Did they treat it?

I went. They said to remove it with a laser after pregnancy and that's it.

Екатерина , I read that if the smear is bad, they run some additional tests, and if those are bad too, they may prescribe some medications.

I was diagnosed with erosion at 19; they said to wait until after I give birth to treat it — don't touch it before childbirth under any circumstances ?

Алена , Did you have it checked at all? Did you have a colposcopy before pregnancy? I only had a smear for oncocytology. Now I keep thinking that I didn't take care of it properly...

Алена , I've had oncocytology done more than once, and a colposcopy too — I had the first one in December and they gave me a terrifying diagnosis: leukoplakia (precancer). I cried for a week; as if having polycystic ovaries wasn't enough. But then I pulled myself together, and three weeks later I went to a different place — the doctor said everything was absolutely fine. Well, there is an erosion, of course, but she said they just wanted to gouge me for a biopsy. Gynecologists see the erosion at every exam and just ask if I know about it; they said it's nothing to worry about, it's benign.

I never had it, not after my first child either, but then I went to get a smear and they found it, they said after childbirth if it doesn't go away on its own then it'll need to be treated, I was so upset, where did it come from, damn ()

It appeared at 30 weeks. No, I didn't treat it. Such a "condition" exists only in our country.

My mom has lived with this erosion her whole life, it just doesn't progress and stays the same, she gave birth to three kids ? It was found in me before my pregnancy, but they didn't tell me to remove it with a laser or anything like that, they prescribed suppositories but it didn't go away — when they examine on the chair with their fingers, there's bleeding and they say it's because of the erosion, they don't say anything else.

I had it before pregnancy, then it seemed to have healed. But during pregnancy it opened up again. The smear wasn't good; I treated it for a long time, but only locally, with suppositories. No antibiotics. I can't say for sure whether it was bad because of the erosion — white blood cells were elevated. Around 29 weeks I cleared it up and everything became normal.

Same here, during pregnancy the doctor said they won't do anything for now! When you give birth, we'll cauterize!

I had it treated before pregnancy, twice: the first was manual, the second with a laser.

I have it too — found out during pregnancy. I also had a colposcopy. They said just to monitor it.

They found it before pregnancy and said not to do anything with it until you give birth.

They found it too, although it wasn't there six months before the pregnancy; she told me to forget about it for the duration of the pregnancy. But it bleeds after a manual exam, and the swabs aren't great because of it — there are no infections, but sometimes they show an inflammatory process.

У меня была эрозия но анализы были плохими и кольпоскопия тоже. Сказали прижигать ( детей нет, проверялась как раз таки планировали беременность ) вот прижигание сделали, и сказали 40 дней половой покой , сразу же после лечения забеременела
