Low in the abdomen, a stone pain straight out of nowhere, I don't know, or has anyone had this constantly, especially when lying down.

Это тонус матки может быть, у меня так иногда при ходьбе :( отдыхайте, а лучше скажите своему врачу об этом

Больше отдыхайте, чтоб сократить потребление медикаментов.

Стараюсь больше лежать, ношу бандаж, пью магний б6, и когда начинает " ныть" внизу то ставлю свечку " вибуркол' в прямую кишку
