Hi girls! I have a question. I’ve been taking Utrozhestan since 9 weeks: 200 mg for one month, then 100 mg twice a day. At 13 weeks there was still a threat (of miscarriage), so I kept taking Utrozhestan. Now I’m 19 weeks, thank God it’s finally stable. The gynecologist who registered me said to take Duphaston instead of Utrozhestan, but I also go to a private clinic and that gynecologist said Utrozhestan works better than Duphaston, so I’m using it. In my first pregnancy I had a missed miscarriage; when red discharge appeared they gave me Duphaston but it didn’t help — I took it three times a day for a week. Now I’m on Utrozhestan; there’s no brown discharge, but my lower abdomen sometimes aches with sharp/stabbing pains.
