Girls, I took Premama Duo vitamins almost throughout my pregnancy. My gynecologist from a private clinic prescribed them to me. The doctor who is overseeing my pregnancy confirmed that the vitamins are good. Now I had an ultrasound of the thyroid gland and it turned out to be slightly enlarged, hormones are normal. The doctor said to continue taking Premama Duo and switch to Emfatal vitamins, supposedly they have more iodine in them. Today I bought them, read the composition, so in Emfatal it's actually less iodine, 100 mcg, while in Premama Duo it's 150 mcg. Has anyone experienced this problem? In my opinion, it's better to just take Iodine drops instead of changing vitamins
