Hello beauties! Yesterday at 7:55 PM on July 11th, 2023 I gave birth to my little boy!!!! At term 41.3. In the morning at 8:30 they punctured the water bag, and immediately contractions started. I suffered so much, so I advise everyone to learn how to breathe properly and have an experienced midwife by your side all the time during labor.
