Such a question, has anyone encountered this in Ukraine? I started working at school on September 1st of this year. I thought I would finish the semester and go into maternity leave. But today they told me that it's possible they won't release me, that I need to work for some period (half a year), but not exactly. I understand that I won't be able to work until February, that will be 8 months already. Has anyone encountered this? You need to work for some period or it doesn't matter how long you work at this job? If you need to work for a period, then if you can't do it, you'll just get fired?
