В целом, его стараются не назначать. Но если назначили, то принимать можно не более двух таблеток в сутки (одна за раз) и после кормления, чтоб, хоть частично, он успел вывестись из организма.

странно, анальгин вообще крайне токсичен, может стоит проконсультироваться с другим врачом...
