Girls, hello. My daughter has this feeling that there's something in her nasal cavity, but she doesn't feel anything in her nose, and it sounds like it's wheezing somewhere.

Попробуйте высосать аспиратором. У моей иногда тоже не видно, а начнёшь сосать и есть

Может присохли козявочки,капайте капельки чтоб размочить и доставайте ,проветривайте чаще помещения
