Hi fam, I'm on 15weeks and I've been suffering from severe headache for the past few days. Isn't safe to take painkillers bought over the counter or I need to take only prescribed ones? And are headaches normal?

Take panado its safe during pregnancy u can even read instructions... I use it everytime i have a headache

Please do not take any medication. Speak to your doctor. They will most likely recommend a panado as it is the safest during pregnancy.
