Hello everyone! Could this be premenstrual depression? I'm angry, I cry periodically, I throw myself at my husband. Yesterday I even had an argument with him, in the end I cried and sobbed. I understand that the baby is not doing well, from my emotional swings, but sometimes tears just choke me, until I cry it out and calm down. I've been taking magnesium for about half a year now, nothing helps... How can I take control of myself and not get nervous or overthink things?
