good evening mommies am 20 weeks gone.. today nurse said there is no fatal hearbeat.. when i ask for clarity she didn't give me an answer she only saidni should come back next Tuesday.. help what does it mean and wat should i do.. i haven't felt any movements

Relax, put your mind at rest and trust in God who put that baby in your womb. Go back next Tuesday as she said but don't entertain fear and any negative report. May God protect you and your bundle of joy. Amen
