Good evening, Mommies I am 20 weeks pregnant. Today, the nurse said there is no fetal heartbeat. When I asked for clarification, she didn't give me an answer; she only told me to come back next Tuesday. Help! What does this mean? What should I do? I haven't felt any movements.

Relax, put your mind at rest and trust in God who put that baby in your womb. Go back next Tuesday as she said but don't entertain fear and any negative report. May God protect you and your bundle of joy. Amen
