О, это я) после родов я офигела, скажу честно, запор был жуткий, ничего не помогало, кроме лактулозы ? ну и соответственно узел надулся и болел, поход в туалет был адом. Сейчас спустя два месяца уже ничего, но я недели две пила лактулозу, с ней реально легче было)
