Girls, hello! Can you tell me who treated themselves during pregnancy? I feel weak today, my temperature is 37 degrees. My throat hurts, my head hurts, and my ears are clogged with pressure. Is it possible to rinse my throat with sea salt?

Добрый вечер! Два дня уже лежу- болею, такие же симптомы Врач назначил питье тёплое с лимоном с малиной до 3-х литров день , инсти или чай ли- фей, промывать нос водой с солью, полоскание ротокан или вода с солью , капли Називин детск( они мне не помогают вообще?) витамин С 5-7 дней. Если температура выше 38 парацетамол и вызвать скорую помощь.

37 это норм температура при беременности. Конечно солью можно полоскать и нос тоже. Витамина С побольше ешьте, пейте. Инсти чай если боитесь что простуда. Фито чай ромашки можно
