My fellow super mom, I'm 4 months pregnant. Is it safe to eat cashew apples (the fruit)? I know cashew nuts are good, but what about the fresh part of the cashew called a cashew apple? The yellow part in the picture below Hope it's not harmful because I'm craving it.
