здравствуйте! эта выплата только по московской области, поэтому смотрите на мосрег.ру. я там заполнила заявление, после рассмотрения попросили подойти в мфц с оригиналами документов, написала там пару заявлений и всё. только перед оформлением этого пособия мой врач ставил «галочку» в какой-то своей программе, что я имею права ее получить. без этой галочки на мосрег сначала отказ пришел.
