Hi dear well you still have 2more weeks to go, your full count should be 40 and we are advised to add one week incase there were miscounts..
I honestly don't like this whole castor oil and spicy food advice.
But my simplest advice would be keep active, more active a few exercises would help.. sex can be added onto your list and lastly nipples stimulation, you can sexually gently play/rub your nipples, even your partner can help with that...
1.keep active
2.sex
3.nipple stimulation
But you still got 2more weeks to go +1week extra incase you miscounted. So don't overthink about labour and stress
