Здравствуйте. Для начала. Всех простите. Горло по психосоматике- неприятие, кого либо или чего-либо ( стоит поперёк горла)или не высказанные обидные слова... полоскайте каждые полчаса Фурацилином, или сода+ соль+ капля йода.проветривайте комнату. Позитивте!)
