Ну я так понимаю обнаружена в моче эшерихия колли лекарственно чувствительная к амикацину, цефтриаксону, офлоксацину и меропенему

А чего тут разбираться эшерия коли в моче. Там где + к тем лекарствам она чувствительна. Будут лечить, но не обязательно антибиотиками.
