Girls, what did you eat extra after childbirth until the milk came back? In the maternity ward they feed everyone, the pediatrician said that there is no diet for breastfeeding mothers here, they can feed them borscht and cabbage and candy, dinner is at 6:00 PM then breakfast only at 9:00 AM in the evening it gets very hungry ?
