I went to the maternity ward this morning by appointment. They did an examination and ultrasound. I talked with doctors about the due date. They disagree with what the ultrasound showed (and today my ultrasound is exactly 41 weeks). They said that for those with regular cycles they should count based on monthly ones. So, my due date was changed to 40 weeks and 1 day. Recently, we had a second examination. They said there's a high probability that everything will start today! The cervix is open, the doctor even slightly adjusted it. But she said that in all other aspects we will wait for the natural process without any interventions! I thought the examination would be terribly painful, but it turned out to be quite tolerable,
