Hello everyone! Girls, can you help me figure out? A month ago I quit my main job, was officially employed, immediately registered myself through my husband's IP, and on June 5th it will be 30 weeks. Are maternity leave payments due to me? If transfers are made without breaks, and they are paid by the employer or the state? Specifically, are the maternity benefits that are covered by the sick leave list?

Насчет ИП не скажу точно, но, думаю, если идут отчисления всех налогов и выплат, то да. А так, выбираются суммы за 2 года, причём вы можете попросить любые года с большей з/платой. Выплаты осуществляется государством

Выплаты положены, заказываете справку 2ндфл за 19 и 20 год(можете выбрать другие года, только в том случаи если были в декрете),справку 182н с предыдущей работы, приносите эти справки бухгалтеру в ип мужа, а она отправляет запрос в фсс. Получаете декретные, и пособие до 1.5 лет))))
