Привет,это может и быть начало кожных разрывов)Они обычно чешатся)У меня при первой Б тоже так было.

Может быть и аллергия, но на всякий случай скажите своему гинекологу, возможно нужно будет сдать биохимический анализ крови, исключить холестаз
