Сцеживать не нужно. Алкоголь не накапливается в грудном молоке, а выводится из молока одновременно с его выведением из кровеносной системы. Поищите в инете таблицы о распаде алкоголя. Я после бокала вина кормлю, не заморачиваюсь

Хочется, значит выпейте. Вы же не бутылку опустошите. Я выпивала пол бокала. Как раз после рождения сына был мой др.
