Girls...it seems like postpartum depression or something, I don't know. I can't accept my body after giving birth! I gave birth two months ago. Because of changes in my body it seems like my husband doesn't want me much anymore (Sex once a week as we both get tired badly by night...). Haven't been to a salon for 3-4 months I don't have time to exercise (as I spend all day with the baby. Grandmothers also work...) How do I come back to myself? How to accept my body? How to become confident again? How to return to the previous intimate life? Please share your experience.
